Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. ayment is made at the time of ordering. The minimum order is £5.00 excluding P & P.
Returns Policy
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, but within the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged product please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be only be authorized on faulty goods.
Goods must be returned complete and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Any goods found to be used will not be refunded. We do not refund any cost incurred by you for postage & packaging.
Dispatching Goods & Delivery Charges
Orders will be processed and dispatched by the Scrap Café within 24 working hours.
We offer a fair postage system based on weight, as you add items to your basket the postage rate is calculated for you.
Goods are dispatched to mainland UK addresses only.
The Scrap Café will ensure your goods are packaged properly, we canot accept any liability for items damaged in transit, any damaged parcels should be reported to the post office.

Prices shown online supersede all previous pricelists and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
